The Heckscher Museum of Art offers free events throughout the year for the Long Island community to enjoy. Annual highlights include the "Draw Out!" Arts Festival, "Draw In" Winterfest, and Huntington Village Art Walks.

Each fall, the Museum opens its doors to the community with a variety of demonstrations, musical performances and activities for the whole family. Every year there is something new and exciting to explore. Attendees have the opportunity to meet professional artists and participate in activities in the Museum galleries and in Heckscher Park.

Too cold outside? Each winter, the Museum opens its doors to visitors of all ages for this free annual winter festival. Join us in 2020 for an array of art activities. More information coming soon!
Huntington Village Art Walk

Every Fall and Spring, the Museum is proud to participate in this collaboration with a number of local cultural arts institutions in the Village of Huntington. Enjoy free admission, hands-on activities for all ages, and refreshments. Explore the artwork on view and meet local artists in the galleries!
