Inspired by the many abstract works of art on view with shapes of different colors and sizes "nested" inside one another, visitors of all ages were invited to make their own original drawings experimenting with concentric shapes and colors. |

Inspired by the mixed media artwork Mother Earth's Party Dress by Ginger Balizer-Hendler on view in the exhibition, visitors of all ages were invited to design their own party outfit using a broad range of collage materials. |

Visitors of all ages were invited to create their own original collages using many copies of the letter "H" in different fonts and sizes. Some visitors also incorporated copies of the "bear" from the painting Give Up That Egg by William Holbrook Beard, on view in the exhibition Across Time and Place: Treasures from the Permanent Collection. |

The activity was inspired by Weston's photographs of everyday items such as peppers, cabbage, and shells. Visitors of all ages were invited to create their own drawings of still life objects set up for them to observe in the central gallery. |
