In-Person Docents in the Galleries
Join us for Docent in the Gallery hours on select dates and times!

In-Person Private Group Tours
Schedule a Private Group Tour led by a Docent Volunteer today!
Enjoy this exclusive opportunity to explore the galleries before public hours.
Groups must be a minimum of 6, maximum of 40.
Tours must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
To get started, complete the Request Form below or call 631.380.3292, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Scheduling
Tours are available Thursday through Sunday, 12 – 5 pm.
Fees
$10 per person, $8 per person for Museum Members
Payment due prior to tour date.
VIRTUAL GROUP TOURS
Enjoy a Virtual Tour of an exhibition via Zoom!
A Docent Volunteer will bring the artwork to life for your group from the comfort of home.
Tours must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
To get started, complete the Request Form below or call 631.380.3292, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Scheduling
Tours are 40 minutes long.
Available Monday through Friday, 10 am – 3 pm.Â
Fees
Up to 25 individuals: $100
26 – 50 individuals: $200
50+ Individuals: $300
Payment due after program takes place.
