Celebrate Pride and the LGBTQ+ community during this special day! Community members are invited to join Museum staff, board members, and volunteers as we march as one of the Grand Marshals in the annual Long Island Pride Parade in Huntington Village! Use the form below to register today.
The parade begins in the heart of Huntington Village at 12 pm and ends in Heckscher Park, just outside the Museum, at approximately 1 pm. The Museum will be open with Free Admission from 12 to 5 pm. Explore the exhibition Just Powers: Long Island Biennial 2026 and meet exhibiting artists. From 1 to 3 pm, artists Darlene Blaurock, Denise Kramer, Michael Krasowitz, and Wan Ling Fahrer will be in the galleries. From 3 to 5 pm, join artists Emily Barnett, Sally Edelstein, Manuel Macarrulla, and Pinky Urmaza. Pride coloring books, flags, pins, and stickers will be available free all day!Â
Drag Runway Performances in the Museum
featuring Drag Queen Miss J Bella
2 – 5 pm
Celebrate Pride in the Museum with drag queen Miss J Bella! Special performances begin at 2 and 3:30 pm. Join the party, dress up, walk the runway, and show your pride! Don’t forget to snap a pic with Miss J Bella in between performances.
