Pack your summer with FUN!
Young artists are invited to create wonderful works of art under the guidance of professional museum educators this July & August. Each day will feature a new and exciting project.
No registration necessary! $5 per child. One accompanying adult free. Parents/caregivers are welcome, but not required to stay. Please arrive by 10:15 to sign in.
One Sunday each month throughout the school year, children ages 5 through 10 are invited for a family-friendly tour!
The next Family Hour programs will be on January 5, February 9, and March 29!
Every Fall and Spring, the Museum is proud to participate in this collaboration with a number of local cultural arts institutions in the Village of Huntington. Enjoy free admission, hands-on activities for all ages, and refreshments. Explore the artwork on view and meet local artists in the galleries!
Each fall, enjoy activities, music, and more for the whole family in the Museum and in Heckscher Park.
Every year, the Heckscher Museum of Art participates in the Long Island Fall Festival in October and Town of Huntington's Tulip Festival in May, providing free art activities for children on the Museum's terrace.
