The Museum is happy to participate in the Spring 2023 Huntington Village Art Walk, a self-guided tour of exhibitions at the Heckscher and galleries in the Village of Huntington! This year’s Spring Art Walk will feature Huntington Art Center, Huntington Arts Council, Heckscher Museum of Art, Spotlight, Digho Arts, fotofoto gallery, bj spoke gallery, Industry, Huntington Public Library, and Huntington Historical Society.Â
At the Heckscher, explore the exhibitions throughout the day!
1 – 3 pm: Soulful Standards, featuring Steve Salerno & Mala Waldron
Enjoy Mala Waldron and Steve Salerno’s soulful interpretations of selected works from the American songbook composers (1920 – present)
At 4 pm, enjoy a special presentation of original videos created by Youth Ambassadors exploring their favorite works of art from the high school juried exhibition Long Island’s Best 2023.
