Inspired by cherished childhood memories of his grandmother’s delicate, paper-thin crepes and blintzes filled with cheeses, meats, or simply sugar and cinnamon, the founder of Crepes & Bakes has always had a passion for authentic European flavors. That passion led to the opening of Village Creperie Cafe in the heart of Huntington Village on December 1, 2004—a beloved local eatery that served the community for over 13 years.

In pursuit of sharing these wholesome, flavorful dishes with a broader audience, the team transitioned from a brick-and-mortar café to a fully mobile culinary experience with the launch of the Crepes & Bakes Food Truck. This next chapter allows them to serve their signature European crepes at food truck events, street fairs, festivals, sporting events, and private functions across Long Island.

Whether catering a birthday celebration, family reunion, graduation, bridal or baby shower, wedding, corporate meeting, or any special occasion, Crepes & Bakes delivers an unforgettable culinary experience rooted in tradition and crafted with care.

Live music with Laurie Creus 5 – 7 pm. You can hear both power and heartache in her voice. The music of Laurie Anne Creus moves with the melodic and lyrical vulnerability of ballads yet grooves with the driving beat of funk and R&B. Lyrically, her music encompasses themes of shattering an old self, letting go and an obsessive search for truth.
